Annual holiday underwear fun run/walk that weaves throughout the streets of iconic Castro neighborhood, starting and ending at Lookout on Noe and 16th. The Run is a fundraiser benefiting San Francisco AIDS Foundation and is supported by event sponsors Tito’s Handmade Vodka & GILEAD, and event partner, Lookout.
