7:00pm: Meeting begins. The agenda;
- Updates from Board of Supervisors President Rafael Mandelman;
- Meet our new board members; and:
- Breakout sessions to learn more about and inform our four initiatives for 2026: 1) Beautification; 2) Events; 3) Land Use; and 4) Vision 2030.

8:00pm: Meeting Ends.
