Neighborhood Survey Results

As a result of the proposed Market/Octavia Neighborhood Plan, which includes nearly all of Duboce Triangle, DTNA included a survey in your last newsletter. A total of 54 surveys were returned. The most important issues facing the neighborhood were:

1. Quality of life
2. Neighborhood character
3. Pedestrian safety
4. Noise
5. Historic preservation

The graph has two bars for each of the 11 major areas the Market/Octavia Plan covers.

The bottom bar is the number of survey responses where the particular Plan area was one of the "Top 5" issues facing the neighborhood. The top bar is the number of survey responses where the particular Plan area was considered the most important issue facing the neighborhood.

We appreciate the fact that many of you took the time to complete the survey. Be assured we are using the results to formulate Duboce Triangle's comment to the Market/ Octavia Plan. We want to make sure the plan addresses the issues you've identified as the most important to our neighborhood.
