The 8th Annual Friends of Duboce Park Tag Sale will be held in Duboce Park on Saturday, Sept. 17, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Donations will be accepted from Tuesday-Friday, September 13-16, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the big yellow rental truck that will be parked near the photo center, on the lower level of the Harvey Milk Recreation Center. You can also bring your donations to the park on the morning of the tag sale from 7 a.m.to 10 a.m. All donations are tax deductible and tax receipts will be given.

We accept just about anything, including: books, videos, clothes, linens, kitchen items, decorative items, sporting goods, furniture, baskets, seasonal items, toys and expensive stuff. We are unable to accept the following: computers, peripherals and manuals; broken, worn, or dirty furniture; large appliances, magazines, text books, or encyclopedias, and hazardous waste materials.

Rec & Park's Midnight Music will provide live entertainment, with a program called the Music to My Ears Road Show, from noon to 3 p.m. All of the performers are teen-agers who rehearse in the Rec Center.
