1. President Gregg Wilcox reported that the state is still reviewing CPMC's design for the seismic upgrade of the hospital. Construction work on the interior of the hospital should start this summer.
2. The joint neighborhood task force is continuing to work with CPMC regarding design issues for the new medical office building to be built on the corner of Duboce Avenue and Noe Street.
3. The undergrounding of utilities in the Triangle is planned to start this fall on Duboce Avenue from Church Street to Divisadero and on Church Street from Market Street to Duboce Avenue.
4. A group called Homeless Connect plans to bring service providers and the homeless together every two months at central sites like the Civic Auditorium.
5. The neighborhood task force studying the dog play area in Duboce Park completed its recommendations, which have been forwarded to Supervisor Bevan Dufty. Supervisor Dufty, with Supervisor Mirkarimi, will host a community presentation of the recommendations.
