Minutes From DTNA Neighborhood Meeting
Regular meeting, March 1, 2005

President Gregg Wilcox introduced Richard Ma-
gary, president of the Buena Vista Neighborhood
Association (BVNA) and together they thanked the
DTNA/BVNA Task Force, which is working diligently
with Cal-Pacific Medical Center on its earthquake
upgrade plans. Drawings of the construction changes
are nearly ready to present to the
community. Previous plans for underground parking
have been eliminated due to high cost Anyone wishing
to ask about the upcoming construction schedule can

- Gregg opened the discussion of Duboce Park and
dogs with maps of the park. David Troup of
Duboce Dogs and Amanda Kahn representing
Supervisor Bevan Dufty spoke of the unique challenges
of marking out space for off-leash dogs
Duboce Park is one of the smallest parks in the
city. The Park and Rec. Department will consider
the dog issue on May 10. Anyone wishing to make
