General Meeting
Captain John Ehrlich of the Park Police station showed a map of crimes in the Duboce Triangle and reported a modest number of incidents. Email for details
Ralph Marchese, representing CPMC, showed charts of the planned changes over the next 4 years for Davies Hospital seismic upgrades and expansion. CPMC will report again in 60 days or so, or at our next community meeting.
Cafe Flore has negotiated with the residents of Beaver Street and agreed on these issues:
2140 Market Street construction project owners will deed a small portion of land to the Boynton Court owners for their rear decks. The 28-unit construction will begin on 2006.
Three new board members were introduced: Rodd Aubry, Nelson Mitchell and Eric Dupre.
President Peter Albert announced nominations for President are open. Nominations will continue at the January public meeting and the election will be made that same night.
Rodd Aubry and Nelson Mitchell will assume the duties of the bimonthly DTNA newsletter. More information will be found in the next newsletter. All other board officers will continue their duties.
DTNA will introduce a web page that will accept public comments directed to the board. Note: that feature is already on this webpage, and is called Guest Book.
A DTNA postal box for paying dues, etc., will also be announced soon.
